LIPIDOCTOR Reinvents Liposuction!
LIPIDOCTOR Medical Clinics have

Mini-Lipo is unlike any other form of mini-lipo.
Why do You Need Liposuction?
We created Infusion Lipolysis™ to shrink engorged fat cells and to tighten overlying skin. This is the ideal treatment for cellulite and for spot-reduction of small fatty areas. However, there is a limit to what Infusion Lipolysis can do. When you have accumulated not only engorged fat cells, but also many extra fat cells, diet, exercise and even Infusion Lipolysis may not be enough. Then, only physical removal of fat cells (liposuction) can adequately recontour a problem area. Typical areas where you're prone to multiply fat cells are the outer thighs, (saddlebags), inner thighs, knees, tummies, love handles and bra lines. We invented the LIPIDOCTOR Mini-Lipo to be used in conjunction with Infusion Lipolysis to solve the four problems associated with traditional liposuction.
Traditional liposuction:
- is usually performed under general anaesthesia, which has its own set of risks. Usually you miss one to two weeks of work following conventional liposuction.
- employs relatively large hollow tubes (cannulas), high vacuum suction machines and an aggressive, rapid in and out tunnelling motion. This can lead to irregularities, gouges or grooves in the treated area.
- is traumatic and inconvenient. There is bruising, plus soreness and swelling which can last from two weeks to two months. To minimize swelling, a thick, constrictive girdle-like garment must be worn 24 hours a day for six to eight weeks. You are advised not to exercise during this time. You may not see final results until four to six months post-op.
- doesn't address the issue of skin laxity. The more fat that's removed with liposuction, the greater the risk of loose, hanging skin remaining.
We've simply and elegantly solved these problems. LIPIDOCTOR Mini-Lipo:
- is performed under local anaesthesia, usually without even sedation. You leave the office after the procedure, drive home yourself, exercise the same day and are back to work the next day. There is no downtime.
- minimizes the risk of irregularities by using very fine cannulas and low suction. We do not use suction machines at all; everything is done slowly, by hand with syringe. We do not tunnel out fat, but instead remove progressive layers, from the surface downwards, so we can craft your shape change as we proceed.
- is minimally traumatic. You will only require a light body slimmer or binder, and only for two weeks. We encourage you to exercise daily, starting the day of the procedure. Because there's miminal swelling, you'll see a shape and clothing fit change within two weeks. Decrease in bulk will continue over the next eight weeks, thanks to our Infusion Lipolysis treatment creams.
- your skin will tighten and smooth substantially over the next eight to ten weeks, again thanks to the Infusion Lipolysis component of the treatment
