What is Cellulite?
Cellulite is a honeycomb of fibrous tissue under the skin. There
is a genetic predisposition to inherit this honeycomb structure.
When the chambers of the honeycomb fill with fat, bulges in the
skin appear, creating a cottage cheese appearance. Pits, ripples
and valleys in the skin also occur. These are caused by the skin
tacking down to the walls of the fibrous tissue honeycomb. Most
current treatments are aimed at reducing the fat deposits. Some
attempt to tighten skin. The problem is that if you tighten skin
that is tacked down, it will ripple even more (imagine shrinking
a cushion that has buttons in it). LIPIDOCTOR has developed the
first treatment that both shrinks fat deposits and consistently
and uniformly tightens skin.
A New Technology That's Easy To Understand
We shrink fat cells and simultaneously tighten skin. Here's how
we do it.
We've known for over a decade that certain medicines can break
down stored fat within fat cells, at least in the laboratory.
The treated fat cells shrink in size as fatty acids leave. There
has never been a safe way to accomplish this in people, until
now. With Infusion Lipolysis, we kickstart the fat breakdown process
with a ONE TIME injection of the gold standard lipolytic medications
directly into a fatty area, using a fine cannula. You then maintain
lipolysis by applying milder medications to your problem area
daily, at home. These medicines are all in the form of transdermal
creams, designed to penetrate your skin and target fat. They not
only maintain fat breakdown all day long, but also prevent fat
reaccumulation in the treated areas.
We prepare your skin for tightening during the injection procedure,
by freeing it from underlying tissue. Once it is detacked, skin
can smooth and tighten uniformly with our transdermal treatment
creams. Skin tightening gradually increases over time: as long
as you use the treatment creams, not only will the cellulite area
become smoother, but you will prevent further cellulite deterioration.
