Medical research and inventing have always been an integral part of Dr. Gore's professional career. He designed and conducted a large-scale, double-blind study on the effect of Minoxidil on hair growth (1985). He was the first medical scientist in the world to clone human hair follicle cells and reinject them into the donors (1987). He discovered a new pathway for drug delivery and sought patent protection worldwide (1998). He developed a revolutionary transdermal/transmucosal drug delivery system (1998) which became the basis for his treatment programs:

Dr. Gore continues to develop new applications, procedures and products based on his inventions. His guiding philosophy is the creation of safe, minimally-invasive, no-downtime, convenient and effective treatments. By starting from sound biochemical/physiological principles rather than building on conventional surgical techniques, he is literally reinventing cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Gore has published papers in the Legal-Medical Quarterly and the Ontario Medical Review. He has written a book on hair replacement surgery and is currently writing a new book about his unique approach to anti-aging and rejuvenation.
